I wish the regions would treat Rx fire escape problems the way they do suppression issues. They're afraid to do any type of lessons learned because of the liability of admitting to any mistakes that were made.

Deirdre Dether conducted such a study for LLC last year and has a draft document. I'm sure she'd be willing to share her thoughts and findings with you. She's in Fuels on the Boise.

Does anyone know of any work done to identify common denomibators on why prescibed burns escaped?
